How can I apply?
Do you offer student internships?

Can I work part-time?
Absolutely. We support part-time arrangements, allowing employees to balance work and family life — a priority for our family-friendly company.
I can’t upload documents. What should I do?
No problem. You can send your application materials directly to karriere@propertyexpert.de.
What languages are required?
You should be fluent in German. For roles in HR, Marketing, Sales, Product & Project Management, IT, and R&D, fluent English is required.
When will I receive feedback?
We aim to respond as quickly as possible, typically within one week.
Do you have other locations with openings?
No, currently not.
Can we have a quick call before I apply?
Of course — we’re happy to answer any questions by phone.
Which documents are required?
Please submit your CV, certificates, and optionally a cover letter. A photo is not mandatory, but welcome.
Do you offer dual study programs?
Yes. We currently offer dual study opportunities in IT and Marketing, mainly in collaboration with FHDW Mettmann and IU International University. Programs include Applied Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, and Media Design. Other dual-study programs are considered upon request. Current openings are listed in our job portal.
How can I prepare for the interview?
Familiarise yourself with our website and YouTube content. Bring any questions you may have about our business model.
Do you offer apprenticeships?
Yes. Since July 2019, PropertyExpert has been a recognised IHK training company. Apprenticeships are available in:
- Office management
- IT application development

What does onboarding look like?
You’ll start with a relaxed onboarding day, including a company overview and short presentations from IT, R&D, Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Real Estate. Each new employee is assigned a mentor. Craftsmen undergo a multi-week training program.
