After a claim has been reviewed the insurance company may ask us further questions, so we need to be able to access earlier documents for that claim.
We use software, including artificial intelligence, to read claim documents and check quotes and invoices for anomalies such as pricing errors, duplicated items or inconsistent information. This can involve names, addresses and other details that appear in the documents. The results help our experts prepare recommendations for the insurance company.
