Founding

PropertyExpert was founded with a clear premise: AI can assess building damage faster, more accurately, and more transparently than traditional processes. What once sounded radical is now the market standard.

Scaling
With PartnerCheck, we expanded document verification with systematic quality control in the craftsman network. For the first time, we processed over 100,000 cases—proof that the platform works.

Innovation
R&D becomes the company’s DNA.
We established the R&D department with a clear mission: to develop AI solutions that fundamentally transform claims processes. Not incrementally—structurally.
2024
Milestone
The 1-million mark is reached.
What started as an idea in 2012 is now reality in 2024: for the first time, we process over 1 million claims in a year—for 80 insurers across all product lines. The foundation for the next chapter.
